HCL’s Career Development Centre (CDC) provides IT and Training solutions to the Government of India through various initiatives. The solutions focus on capacity building within the government as well as for the rural sector with special emphasis laid on programs for youth development and women empowerment.

In the area of customised skill development, HCL CDC offers e-governance training, faculty development, as well as employee development programs.
